Director, Business Development, IQVIA Biotech
IQVIA is seeking a driven and experienced BD professional to work specifically within Biotech, providing customized Phase I through IV services globally. The individuals will be based anywhere in Europe. Location: Europe (remote/anywhere in Europe).
Responsibilities
* Sell the entire solution portfolio across Clinical, thereby fulfilling every client need across the product lifecycle.
* Engage credibly at C-Suite level with Biotech clients and navigate internally to pull together the optimal IQVIA expert teams.
* Develop robust account strategies; gather internal, external, and competitive intelligence.
* Drive superior execution to identify, drive, and expand the business across the IQVIA clinical solution portfolio.
* Close bigger value deals and leverage organizational capabilities to upsell and shift the market toward the integrated IQVIA platform.
Qualifications
* 10 years of related experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
* At least 10 years’ experience as a BD Director in a CRO environment.
* Understanding of the clinical process (PH I – IV).
* Solid understanding of commercialization and the principles of drug discovery and development.
* Having a detailed understanding of the Biotech marketplace is advantageous.
