The post holder will be responsible for a variety of admin and clerical processes within the Clinical Sciences Administration Team in DPOW, providing reception and booking office support.
This post is for two 30-hour positions, with working hours on a shift pattern covering 8.30am-5pm, 7am-3pm, and 1.30pm-9.30pm. All admin support the 7-day working directive as and when required.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing reception support throughout the departments within Clinical Sciences.
* Knowledge of Trust waiting times, diary management, and excellent customer service skills.
* Working flexibly to support the Trust's 7-day working directive, participating in rota/shift patterns.
