We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead operations within our Prepared foods manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day production, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality and food safety standards.
This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, people development, and operational excellence.
Can you:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets
2. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and BRC standards
3. Monitor KPIs including yield, waste, downtime, and labour efficiency, driving improvements where needed
4. Work closely with Engineering, Quality/Technical, HR and Planning teams to resolve issues and improve processes
