Role Overview
My client a notable Owner/ Developer is looking for a Senior Operations Manager - oversee to operations of a sites. You will work with a wider team consisting Head of Property and an Operations Manager that reports to you.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations of a significant site (combination of roads, light industrial, land) and manage service charge budgets. Mobilise new service partners, deal with specialist service partners, engage with the local authority and large main contractors. Ensure tenant experience and partner with service partners to create a one‑team ethos. Support opportunities to get involved in other developments.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in looking after a significant site. Exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets. Health and safety on site – IOSH or NEBOSH essential. Ability to mobilise and engage service partners and contractors.
