The Company: A fantastic opportunity for a Print Design Assistant/ Junior Designer to join an established fashion supplier of generic and license products. The company supply a wide range of products and are looking to recruit someone who will work as part of an established and growing team. The Printables Design Assistant supports the Printables Design Coordinator and wider Creative team in the day-to-day delivery of artwork for the Print-on-Demand (POD) and E-commerce business. This role is responsible for preparing artwork for approvals, ensuring designs meet POD specifications, supporting file management and system uploads, and maintaining accurate trackers to provide visibility across the workflow. The Printables Design Assistant plays a key role in ensuring designs are submitted correctly, amended when required, and uploaded efficiently into PODOS. Key Responsibilities Design Approval Responsibilities * Submit new designs for approval, including generating codes, completing submission forms, adding details into Centric, and attaching all required reference documents. * Create and add 4–5 suitable colourways per design, ensuring colourways are commercially relevant and appropriate to the artwork. * Re-scale and format artwork in line with POD specifications for both Adult and Kids products. * Track approval status and comments across all submissions, maintaining accurate updates and ensuring the workflow st...
