About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Media Junior to join our growing Creative Team at Willow Communications. This role involves hands-on design opportunities — you'll be creating digital media content where your work will be seen by thousands of people daily across gaming, leisure, and hospitality venues nationwide.
This entry-level job is a great opportunity to develop and expand existing creative skills and apply them into real-world scenarios and creative briefs provided.
What You'll Do
Creative Production
* Design and produce high-quality content using Adobe After Effects (core tool) and the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
* Create assets for digital displays, branded game content, advertising campaigns, and themed media such as music playlists.
* Break down designs into components for integration into our proprietary software.
* Support the Creative Media Manager, Creative Media Executive and collaborate with colleagues across the creative team.
Responsibility
* Represent Willow professionally and confidently in meetings and presentations.
* Receive feedback and amends to artwork and action in a timely manner.
* Meet deadlines and goals managed by the Creative Media Manager and Creative Media Executive
* Communicate with clients in a confident and professional manner.
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
● 2+ years' professional experience with Adobe After Effects.
● Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator (Premiere Pro desirable).
● Ability to assist in creative projects from concept to delivery.
● Strong communication skills — confident, personable, and professional in client-facing
settings.
● Experience creating content for digital marketing or social platforms.
● An interest in the gaming, leisure, or hospitality sectors.
● 1+ year experience in client liaison, account management, or equivalent.
● Open to the use of AI-enabled creative tools (e.g., Adobe AI features, ChatGPT,
ElevenLabs, etc).

● Using creative technologies to improve efficiency and creative impact.
● Assist the creative department in innovative and proactive ways.
