Production Control Manager - Newly created role in this small, fast growing, sub contract aerospace precision engineering company. Working with the newly introduced ERP system you will manage end-to-end production planning and control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of safety‑critical aerospace products. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing activities across the company operations. You will ensure that customer commitments are met, resources are used efficiently, and all work is delivered in line with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Develop and manage master production schedules aligned to customer demand and contractual delivery dates. Monitor production progress, proactively adjusting plans for delays, capacity constraints or material shortages. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing to maintain a seamless production flow. Oversee MRP to ensure availability of parts, raw materials and tooling while controlling inventory levels. Work with suppliers and Purchasing to resolve supply chain risks and shortages. Ensure all production activities comply with AS9100 and relevant EASA/FAA regulations, documentation and traceability requirements.
