Location: Dunfermline, KY11 7EG (with travel/support across Edinburgh and Stirling sites)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 OTE depending on experience and performance
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:15am – 5:00pm), occasional Saturday mornings

We are now looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Dunfermline. This dual-role will see you primarily responsible for warranty administration across our group sites, while also supporting the service department with front-of-house duties and admin cover during holidays, sickness, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Administrator (Primary Role):
Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer standards.
Maintain up-to-date records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions.
Liaise with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and audit standards.
Monitor recall campaigns and notify relevant staff of changes in procedures.
Support our warranty teams across Dunfermline, Edinburgh, and Stirling sites.
Service Advisor (Secondary Support Role):
Provide excellent front-line customer service at the service desk.
Book in customer vehicles, schedule workshop jobs, and manage daily workflow.
Prepare invoices, take payments, and advise on additional services or repairs.
Answer telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator and/or Service Advisor role within the motor trade.
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexible and adaptable with a positive, proactive attitude.
Full UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
