An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our Mental Health and Learning Disability Occupational therapy team, based at Annan Health Centre. The successful candidate will be co‑located with the OT situated in the same building and form part of the wider OT service within NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
We are a small, friendly, innovative OT team. You will support the clinical team to provide person centred interventions and group work programmes and work with wider third sector, and community teams and support agencies/networks.
We will provide specific training and development to meet your needs.
A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However if you have a disability, which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
