Provide administrative support for annual reviews, referrals, and assessments. · Support the delivery of staff training to ensure effective strategies are in place to meet pupils’ needs. · Support pupils with SEMH needs by leading initiatives such as breakfast club for those who find attending school challenging, delivering nurture provision, running lunchtime clubs, and implementing targeted interventions including music therapy and Lego therapy. What You'll Bring: · Experience in an educational or administrative role, ideally within a SEND context. · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail—you can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and external professionals. · A working knowledge of SEND processes and legislation (or a willingness to learn quickly). · Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to inclusion. Why You'll Love It Here: · A supportive, collaborative team that values your ideas and initiative. · Ongoing professional development, including SEND-specific training. · Opportunities to make a visible difference in the lives of children and families. · Access to wellbeing support and staff networks. · Term-time working pattern for a healthy work–life balance.
