Admin Assistant Role Job: Full-time Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Location: Belfast City Centre Salary: £25,000 Full Job Description: My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general administrative experience, confident in managing various tasks, supporting a wider team, and maintaining efficient office processes. Responsibilities include: General administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records Effectively and professionally communicate via email and telephone with internal and external clients Prepare and issue correspondence including visit summaries, certificates, sample reports, and treatment advice sheets. Audio typing of documents and transcriptions with accuracy. Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties. Assist in the preparation of case files and ensure all necessary documentation is available for court proceedings. Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain professional integrity.
