Your New Role
We are looking to hire Business Intelligence Executives who will join a growing sales team and support the Marketing Director with the planning, execution and reporting of our lead generation strategy across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop and grow new business through prospecting (cold calling) and canvassing potential customers.
* Support the new sales team in building an outreach plan to initiate conversations with new prospects.
* Achieve quarterly sales and activity targets.
* Keep accurate and detailed records of contacts and results within the sales CRM.
* Maintain and enhance the data set to improve quality and informed contact.
* Achieve personal targets set alongside financial targets.
* Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
* Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
* Work with the Sales and Marketing function to design and implement strategic sales campaigns.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are cohesive with the overall customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience owning and delivering demand/lead generation activities and campaigns for a B2B solution.
* Demonstrable track record of hitting sales and activity targets.
* Deep-rooted passion for delivering value to customers and a proven record of developing campaigns that drive measurable impact on MQLs and the sales pipeline.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise a potentially large scope of work to align with short, medium and long-term goals.
* Problem‑solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics and optimise performance.
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn and digital marketing solutions, marketing automation platforms and tracking tools would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills; ability to create professional relationships to influence and collaborate across all levels – internally and externally.
* Passion for learning, technology and creating value for employees and businesses.
* Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change and lots of unknowns.
* Autonomous attitude and enjoy learning.
