The role
As a MRP Data Analyst you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Your expertise will directly influence operational success, optimise resources, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
1. Manage and control MRP activities to ensure the availability and efficiency of materials and equipment.
2. Coordinate MRP schedules in line with planned and emergent demand, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operations.
3. Report on MRP metrics and progress on a weekly and monthly basis to key stakeholders.
4. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
5. Develop and implement practices, templates, policies, and tools to enhance MRP operational capability.
This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week on site at DSG Donnington, Shropshire or Andover, Hampshire, with the flexibility to work full time on site when business needs demand.
This is a fixed term position for a duration of 52 weeks.
Essential experience of the MRP Data Analyst:
6. Military/Defence Sector Supply Chain experience
7. Experience of MRP systems
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and operational functions.
9. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
