Pay & Hours:
* £12.36 per hour
* 22–44 hours per week (overtime available)
* Day shifts: 07:00–19:00 (alternate weekends)

What You’ll Do:
* Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
* Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
* Build strong relationships as a key worker for residents
* Accurately record care notes and report any changes in condition
* Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards
* Encourage participation in leisure and social activities
* Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude (essential)
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Previous care experience (desirable but not essential)
