We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Supporter Care Executive to provide vital support within the fundraising and marketing division. This is a key role in delivering excellent supporter experiences, handling a wide range of enquiries, and ensuring that every supporter feels valued and appreciated. As part of a small but dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for supporters, donors, and members of the public. You’ll provide customer service via phone, email, and post, while also assisting with donation processing, data entry, and general administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the charity sector while making a meaningful difference. Key Responsibilities Respond to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and post. Make thank-you calls and build ongoing supporter engagement. Process and acknowledge donations, including regular and in-memory gifts. Maintain accurate supporter records on the database. Handle incoming post and general team administration.Essential Experience in an administration role. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
