The home maintains a calm rhythm and both children are currently settled. One child has recently experienced bereavement and is receiving structured grief support, and so the presence of our team must remain steady, consistent and attuned. Why this role is available The role of Deputy Manager is available following the previous postholder’s successful progression to Registered Manager.
