Join our Production team as a Shift Manager at our Haverhill manufacturing site to play a key role in delivering our portfolio of active pharmaceutical ingredients addressing a wide population of patients. You will be responsible for providing active ingredients that meet the highest pharmaceutical standards in a GMP setting committed to safety, quality, and reliability Our Shift Managers focus on leadership and people to ensure they deliver the best technical support to the production process and perform at high levels consistently. They lead teams through change and ensure a customer first approach. Your Responsibilities You will: Develop training and knowledge competencies across production shift personnel maximising the appropriate skills and knowledge of the team to meet the needs of the business. Ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times in the operational areas and that compliance with HSE policy and procedures is observed whilst encouraging proactive behaviours by shift team, e.g. situational and observational reporting. Ensuring all cGMP and site quality standards are adhered to, at all times. Adopt appropriate company standards to continuously track, meet and improve target Key Performance Indicators whilst ensuring a continuous flow of information across shifts and business areas Cooperate transversally with support functions in the delivery, for example, of agreed priorities, the preparation for internal/external audits, participation and leadership (as appropriate) of HSE and Quality investigations and in the execution of agreed actions (from CAPAs).
