HR Systems Administrator - Grimsby (Office) based

We are looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our HRIS platform (iTrent). This role is systems-focused, giving you the chance to make a real impact by optimising HR processes, improving data integrity, and delivering valuable insights through reporting and analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Manage and optimise HR systems – Maintain and configure iTrent, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Data integrity &pliance – Regular audits, GDPRpliance, and troubleshooting system issues.
3. Reporting & analytics – Produce detailed reports and dashboards for workforce metrics and KPIs.
4. Process improvement – Identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows.
5. System support – Act as the go-to person for HRIS queries, liaising with IT and vendors for upgrades and fixes.
6. Payroll & recruitment support – Validate payroll data and assist with recruitment processes through system functionality.
What We’re Looking For
7. Experience with HR systems (iTrent preferred but not essential by any means).
8. Strong IT skills and Excel knowledge.
9. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
10. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage system configurations.
