He hiahia, he pūkenga nōu ki te mahi a te **Kaiwhakahaere Ratonga Akoranga*****Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**Guided by University regulations and UC and Faculty strategies, you will be responsible for both the implementation and management of Faculty‐based academic administration and processes, supported by a team of Student Advisors and administrators. You will actively deliver and oversee academic administration to ensure it is implemented and managed in accordance with UC policies and guidelines.You will analyse and use key programme performance information to inform revisions and changes and contribute directly to continuous improvement. You will establish and maintain positive, affiliative relationships that support the success of the Faculty’s and University’s academic goals. Working collaboratively with relevant Faculty staff, you will provide hands‐on advice and leadership in support of programme quality, process improvements, and an optimal student experience.**Mōu | Who You Are**You will have experience working in the tertiary education sector and will be able to interpret and deliver on complex academic policies, practices and regulations. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills that enable you to apply existing frameworks to find solutions and identify when alternative pathways are required. Additionally, you are excited by process improvement, reviewing systems and working collaboratively. You show empathy in your interactions. You will also hold a Bachelor’s Degree (NZQA Level 7). Knowledge of Law and/or Criminal Justice education in Aotearoa New Zealand will be an advantage.**Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With** You will be part of a cohesive and supportive team, working alongside professional, engaged, and dynamic colleagues. You will support and working with the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Law, the Associate Deans (Academic and Research), and other Faculty staff exercising academic delegations from the Dean, including programme directors and course coordinators.
