Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and results-driven In-House Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about marketing and the impact that can have on a growing business. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns across a number of channels, managing social media and driving customer engagement to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
* Develop and manage content across digital channels, including customer membership portal, social media platforms, websites.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
* Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, blogs and advertorials.
* Analyse marketing data and generate monthly reports to track performance metrics.
* Manage key relationships with external marketing partners.
* Assist with organising company events, trade shows and other promotional activities.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.
What we are looking for
* Ambitious Foodie who is driven and not afraid to be hands on.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills to ensure projects are on track.
* Proactive and creative problem solver.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in-house.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Knows their way around marketing tools such as canva, email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
* Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
* Photography skills is desirable
