Lead Electrical Engineer - Medium Voltage Switchgear (Remote). We are a leading global power management company. Our Electrical Services organization in EMEA supports 25 countries with 500+ employees, providing life cycle management of electrical products, systems and software for data centers, utilities, energy, industries, buildings, and healthcare sectors through installation, commissioning, warranty care, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, life extension, modernization and end-of-life services.
We are looking for a number of Power Distribution Engineers to join our growing team as part of ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond.
What You'll Do
* Lead installation and perform maintenance, commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
* Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
* Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Experience in power distribution testing and commissioning
* Must be able to test and commission large MV to HV installations
* Ability to perform protection relay programming
* Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
Skills
* Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
* Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others
* Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across the EMEA region
