What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for event, wedding, and conference enquiries – turning them into memorable bookings.
* Guide clients from initial enquiry through to the big day, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
* Maximise sales opportunities by upselling packages, promotions, and special offers.
* Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Support open days, wedding showcases, and exciting promotional events.
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator with a flair for customer service.
* Organised, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple bookings with ease.
* Someone who enjoys sales, hitting targets, and spotting opportunities to go the extra mile.
* Experience in events, hospitality, or sales is an advantage – but above all, we're looking for enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
