Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and support primary schools in the Sheffield S10 area. Key Responsibilities:
* Work under the guidance of the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Provide individual or small group support for students with varying needs.
* Lead interventions to support students in areas like literacy and numeracy.
* Assist with classroom management and provide a positive learning environment.
* Support students with additional learning needs and help ensure inclusivity.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working as an HLTA or within a similar role in a primary school setting.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt and be flexible in different classroom environments.
* A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
