The Role
You will support the conveyancing team with a broad range of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients at every stage.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the full conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
*
Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
*
Carry out property searches and review title documentation
*
Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to progress transactions
*
Manage case files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
*
Handle client enquiries professionally, providing clear and timely updates
*
Support fee earners with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law role

Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and work to tight deadlines

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
