Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front and Back of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your friendly demeanour and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
* Provide menu information and assist guests with their selections.
* Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
* Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, particularly in hospitality or restaurant settings.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
* A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
