Inside IR35 PAYE: £386.96 - £503.05 p/d Umbrella: £446.43 - £580.36 p/d Onsite 3 days per week, Uxbridge Your new role This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape Medical Affairs operational excellence within a cutting-edge cell therapy organisation, driving grants governance, patient engagement capability, and strategic operations across global regions.You will lead the end-to-end Medical Grants process while supporting broader Medical Affairs operations. Partnering closely with medical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality execution of medical grants, governance activities, and operational initiatives. What you'll need to succeed Advanced degree (MPH, PharmD, MBA, PhD) preferred Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Extensive hands-on experience in Medical Grants, Medical Affairs Operations, or Medical Governance Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in medical funding Proven project management and operational excellence capabilities Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Finance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, data handling, and workflow optimisation. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
