Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Private Client Solicitor in the Agriculture and Landed Estates team with at least 3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE). The role is based in Devizes, with some flexibility for remote work. You’ll work closely with a Partner on an established caseload, advising clients on tax‑efficient solutions for passing wealth to future generations, drafting trusts and family partnership documents, and providing inheritance and capital gains tax planning advice. While experience with agricultural clients is ideal, it’s not essential. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of client satisfaction and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.
What we are looking for
* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
* Strong knowledge of Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning
* Expertise in trusts and settlements for tax planning and asset protection
* Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
* Organised, flexible, and client‑focused.
* Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and achieving positive outcomes.
