Corrugation Extrusion Setter Job Title: Corrugation Extrusion Setter Hours: 48 hours per week – 2-week rotating shift pattern Shifts: * Monday–Thursday: 6am–6pm * Monday–Thursday: 6pm–6am (rotation) Pay: £12.40–£13.00 per hour + 22% / 25% shift allowance Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corrugation Extrusion Setter to support a busy plastic extrusion manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience producing hoses or pipes using Nylon and Polypropylene materials. Blown film extrusion experience is not suitable for this role. Key Responsibilities: * Set and operate corrugation extrusion machinery to meet production requirements. * Adjust tooling, parameters, and material feeds to ensure consistent product quality. * Monitor product output and perform in-process quality checks. * Maintain tooling, working areas, and equipment to high housekeeping standards. * Troubleshoot machine issues to minimise downtime and optimise efficiency. * Record production and quality information accurately. * Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.
