Job Description:
Role Overview: Join The Salvation Army as a Supporter Acquisition Manager to lead impactful recruitment campaigns, grow our donor base, and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage a significant budget, and lead a team.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing direct marketing campaigns
* Shaping new products and acquisition streams
* Managing online and offline media campaigns
* Overseeing a substantial expenditure budget
* Leading and managing a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive
