Role Requirements
To succeed, you should possess a sound knowledge of delivering clinical education, assessing candidates' progress, ensuring validity, authenticity, currency, and sufficiency of evidence, and have an excellent understanding of a care occupational background. Experience working in a complex environment with a diverse workforce is essential. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have completed your RQF Level 3 qualification.

Job responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assess candidates' progress and maintain records, ensuring evidence validity, authenticity, currency, and sufficiency.
* Accredit successful completion of tasks according to assessment and verification policies.
* Provide feedback and advice when standards are not met; sign off units when standards are achieved.
* Communicate progress with employers throughout the programme.
* Assess clinical competencies.
* Participate in competency teaching days.
* Support staff training for clinical competencies.
* Attend standardisation meetings.
* Keep own training and clinical competencies up to date.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people per Trust policies.
* Observe health and safety procedures in line with Trust policies.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain professionalism, adhere to policies, ensure confidentiality, engage in peer support, supervise assistants and volunteers, participate in performance reviews, manage workload effectively, and promote health and safety.

* Follow all health and safety guidelines, including infection control.
* Provide evidence of NHS Covid Pass or vaccination exemption.
* Adhere to manual handling procedures.

Person Specification
Experience
* Care occupational background.
Knowledge
* Occupational knowledge, health and safety, and MS Word proficiency.

Qualifications
* Relevant Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or Physiotherapy, with willingness to develop further.

Salary: £30,225 per year, including London weighting.
