The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting distribution activities, and liaising with internal departments and external partners.**Duties include*** Support daily supply chain operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.* Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes and supplier communications.* Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and warehouse teams.* Prepare and distribute reports on stock levels and delivery performance.* Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve queries and ensure timely deliveries.* Manage proof of delivery (POD documentation).* Monitor and update ERP systems with relevant supply chain data.* Assist with compliance documentation and audits related to supply chain activities.* Provide general administrative support to the supply chain and customer support team.**Qualifications*** Educated to a standard that would suit the daily requirements of the position* 5 GCSEs* CPC advantageous* Incoterms conversant**What we are looking for*** Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills* Strong Proficiency in Ms Office (Especially Excel) And Familiarity With Erp Systems ( Eg.
