Description
The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:?
* Developing and updating employment policies, procedures, and contracts.?
* Managing disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.?
* Handling employment tribunal claims, including conducting advocacy.?
* Providing training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of employment law.?
* Monitoring and advising on changes in employment legislation.
Profile
The Employment Solicitor should be:?
* A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE.?
* Experienced in handling respondent employment matters, ideally from retail clients.
* Proficient in managing tribunal claims and ideally conducting advocacy but not essential. ?
* Skilled in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.?
* Adept at delivering training and upskilling initiatives.
