Senior Chartered Building Surveyor – Exeter
Salary: Up to £58,948
Hours: 37 per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00)

A well-established, award-winning property consultancy is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join its growing team in Exeter. The Role
Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of property professionals, you will provide technical and strategic advice across a wide range of building surveying services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking technical due diligence surveys across commercial and residential properties
* Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for new build and refurbishment projects
* Carrying out condition surveys, defect analysis, schedules of condition, and dilapidations
* Leading quality assurance across projects, ensuring compliance with legislation and client requirements
* Producing detailed reports and presenting findings with clear recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
* Chartered Membership of RICS (MRICS) or working towards
* Proven experience within a building surveying role
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and relevant legislation
* Experience across new build and refurbishment projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Full UK driving licence
