The role
We are looking for a 5 x Customer Service/Admin Clerks for our Rugby-based International Retail Logistics Client.
This is an ongoing agency role with the potential to become permanent.
Role 1 - Planning Admin - £12.83ph
(0600-1400/1100-1900/1400-2200) - Rotating
Role 2 - Customs Admin - £12.72ph (0700-1800 - 7.5 hours per day)
Role 3 - Account Support Admin - £12.71ph (0800-1600/1300-2100)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: £12.71ph - £12.83ph per hour
The Role: Data Entry Answering calls and emails Liaising with warehouse and transport departments Providing updates between departments Using MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook Planning Training provided
Required: - PC Literate (Microsoft Excel ,Word & Outlook) - Excellent communication skills - Effective problem solver - Good interpersonal skills
