HR Assistant Apprentice – Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth
Full Time | 18-Month Fixed Term | £12.21 per hour | Closing date: 14/12/2025
What you’ll be doing
* Providing day-to-day administrative support across HR
* Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
* Supporting recruitment processes: advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and onboarding
* Assisting with staff inductions and HR documentation
* Helping coordinate training, workshops and mandatory courses via MagNet
* Keeping training matrices and records up to date
* Supporting wellbeing, employee engagement and internal communications
* Promoting our organisational values and positive workplace culture
* Completing all apprenticeship learning requirements with support from the HR Manager
What you’ll gain

* A CIPD Level 3 HR Support qualification

Requirements
* 5 GCSEs (including English)
* A good standard of education and interest in HR
* Strong ICT skills (Microsoft 365)
* Ability to travel between sites when needed
