Maths Teacher Needed - Immediate Start
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team on supply basis. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher or a qualified professional who is looking to make a difference in students' learning. As a supply teacher, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth continuation of maths lessons during the absence of the regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities as a Maths Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to students of varying abilities
* Maintain a positive classroom environment and encourage student participation
* Follow the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, ensuring consistency in the curriculum
* Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress
* Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies
* Ensure that students remain focused, motivated, and engaged throughout the lesson
Requirements for a Maths Teacher:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Strong subject knowledge in mathematics (Key Stage 3 & 4)
* Ability to adapt lessons and engage students with diverse learning needs
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A patient, positive, and professional approach
* Previous experience teaching maths (preferred but not essential)
