Rate starts from £12.87 per hour, increasing to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply by location.
We offer a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week. Shift times are scheduled within the agreed windows, and we provide a 3‑week notice of your exact shift schedule. We support flexibility—if your availability matches closely but isn’t exactly the advertised times, let us know.
About the role
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This is a committed role, full of everyday challenges, where you help run the store and serve shoppers effectively.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day, following opening and closing routines, ensuring all facilities are in good working order and available for customers, and listening for and acting on customer feedback.
* Create an impression of pride, role‑modeling great standards of dress and being ready to serve customers.
* Follow the service culture, role‑modeling helpful and friendly service behaviours and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
* Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance, understanding all safe and legal routines and demonstrating due diligence on your department.
* Support the manager to control costs and deliver budgets, support the department to maintain stock record accuracy and be prepared for stock control routines.
Qualifications
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.

* Ability to adapt to working in a fast‑paced ever‑changing environment.
