Digital Marketing Executive Citygate Automotive Head Office, Marlow (including travel to other Citygate Sites) OTE: £45,000 Company Car Permanent Digital Marketing Executive Role overview The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are presented online to the highest possible retail standard across the group. The role focuses on optimising digital presentation, creating accurate and compelling vehicle descriptions, and maintaining consistent, premium stock imagery that reflects the individuality of each vehicle and supports conversion. This position plays a key part in maximising lead generation, improving stock turn, and protecting margin through disciplined, detail-driven presentation standards. Digital Marketing Executive Key responsibilities As the Digital Marketing Executive your key responsibilities will be: Vehicle Retail Descriptions Create accurate, engaging and individualised retail descriptions for every vehicle. Highlight key specification, unique features, provenance and condition. Ensure tone and messaging align with group standards while reflecting the personality of each vehicle. Maintain consistency, compliance and accuracy across all advertising platforms. Digital Image Management Review and organise vehicle JPEG images to ensure correct sequencing and relevance. Remove duplicates, poor-quality or non-compliant images. Ensure key selling features are clearly represented in image sets. Maintain consistent group-wide presentation standards across all sites and platforms. Imagery to OEM & group standards for both Car and CV Stock Presentation Standards Audit live stock daily to ensure compliance with agreed digital presentation standards. Monitor advert quality, system pricing alignment, imagery and data accuracy. Ensure fresh stock is uploaded promptly and fully merchandised without delay. Identify presentation gaps that may affect enquiry levels or conversion. Fresh Stock Review Participation Attend regular fresh stock review meetings with the Used Car Management Team. Provide feedback on digital presentation, advert quality and readiness. Take ownership of agreed actions following review calls. Implement changes promptly and report back on completion. Continuous Improvement Track advert performance and recommend improvements. Work closely with buyers, prep teams and management to ensure presentation reflects vehicle quality.
