Join Our Team as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer!

We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our friendly team in Stratford-upon-Avon. In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our diverse portfolio of buildings, including our three theatres, office locations, and workshops.
Your Shift Pattern
Enjoy a balanced work-life with our shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, alternating between:
* 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
* 07:30 AM - 6:30 PM
This averages out to 35 hours per week .
Your Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
* Attend breakdowns and perform repairs, ensuring all electrical maintenance work is completed efficiently and within agreed time frames.
* Restore power to distribution panels, troubleshoot HVAC control systems, and fix stage automation equipment to keep our performances running smoothly.
* Diagnose faults in electrical services and components, testing equipment to return it to safe operational use.
* Assist with project work, including the installation of new electrical systems and services.
* Carry out various statutory PPM tasks related to HVAC building services.
* Adhere to all relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A recognized electrical qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ).
* Significant experience in a similar role with a focus on electrical fault finding.
* Multi-disciplined trades experience, including plumbing and mechanical engineering.
* The ability to use appropriate equipment for diagnosing faults.
* Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces.
* A solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
Working Conditions
This role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with occasional travel to our London locations. A flexible approach is essential, as occasional overtime may be required to cover absences and annual leave.
