Registered Manager - Supported Living Services
Location: Dual Site (easily commutable from Derbyshire, North Staffordshire, Cheshire) - FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE ESSENTIAL
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Reporting to: Regional Manager
An established care provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead two supported living services delivering. The services support multiple adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses and complex behaviours across solo and multi-occupancy settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with:
* Autism / ASC
* Behaviours That Challenge
* Communication Difficulties
* Mental Health Needs
* Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
* Lead and support a MDT team
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
* Develop and maintain bespoke care packages tailored to individual needs
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development
