Job Title: Costa Barista

Freemans Event Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our Costa Coffee crew at Blenheim Palace during the Christmas Lights Festival. You'll be part of a dynamic events team, serving delicious coffee and providing excellent customer service throughout the festivities.
This is a flexible, casual position—perfect for people who enjoy working in a buzzing atmosphere and are looking for adaptable work opportunities.
Shifts available across November, December, and January, with pay ranging from £12.50 to £14 per hour based on experience.
Job Requirements:
* Have some barista or hospitality experience (not required—full training provided!)
* Bring a positive attitude and love delivering great service.
* Are team players who can handle busy environments.
* Dependable and flexible availability for evenings and weekends is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
* Preparing and serving Costa’s full selection of drinks to a high standard.
* Offering friendly, efficient service—even during busy periods.
* Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked.
* Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.
* Assisting with setup and pack-down of the coffee station before and after events.
