You’ll ensure that all products are handled carefully, checked for quality, and loaded accurately to meet customer requirements. This is an important position within the business, helping ensure orders are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch Load and unload products safely and efficiently Check completed products for quality before dispatch Ensure all items are labelled and documented correctly Follow despatch schedules and meet deadlines Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Report any damages, faults, or discrepancies promptly Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management What We’re Looking For Good attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills Commitment to health and safety standards Previous warehouse or despatch experience (desirable, but not essential) This is a great opportunity to join a growing company where your contribution is valued and where you can build a long-term career.
