The Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installations across a variety of commercial and high-end residential projects. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, while managing site teams and coordinating with other trades.
This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise electrical installations on commercial new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and high-end residential projects
* Manage site electricians and subcontractors
* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme
* Maintain high health & safety standards on site
* Coordinate with project managers, main contractors and other trades
* Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations
* Assist with materials management and site logistics
* Support commissioning and handover processes
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor within commercial and/or high-end residential projects
* Strong knowledge of current wiring regulations and installation standards
* Experience working on new build and refurbishment schemes
* SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
* ECS / JIB Gold Card (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
