Our Client, a top UK Accountancy firm are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on for 6 months on a contract basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
They are looking for a candidate with strong facilities administration skills, to join the team at their amazing City office on a hybrid basis.
The day to day duties of the facilities administrator include -
* Building relationships with suppliers and clients
* Deal with daily facilities administration duties
* Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
* Assist with office move and space planning projects
* Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
* Support the facilities team in day-to-day operations
