Job Description Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Tonbridge Area Salary: c.£ 45,000 – £ 70,000 depending on experience Job Type: Full- time, Permanent PQE Level: 2 years to Senior Associate The Opportunity We are working exclusively with a long- established and respected law firm with offices across Kent. As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2 years’ PQE ( up to Senior Associate level) who is looking for a broad and high- quality workload, career progression, and a genuinely supportive team environment. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant work Secured lending Development projects You’ll be advising a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, and SMEs, working alongside experienced and approachable colleagues.
