Role: Global Commercial Partnership Manager
Location: Hybrid in Staines-Upon-Thames with 2/3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders in global markets to enhance market presence and improve product accessibility.
* Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and nurturing growth opportunities.
* Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms align with company objectives and regulations.
* Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for partner engagement and market penetration.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics and market trends to evaluate partnership effectiveness and provide updates to senior management.
* Support Promotional Efforts: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide necessary support for partners in promoting our products compliantly.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks and safeguarding company interests.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in commercial partnerships or business development in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven track record of successful partnership negotiations driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel.
* Experience in partner management within relevant geographies.
