The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and developing strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience and supporting long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of business clients
* Learning to understand client needs and how cloud solutions support their goals
* Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported and informed
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
* Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities to add value
* Contributing ideas to improve client engagement and retention
Training & Development
