Youll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment. Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation. Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering. 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment.
