Fleet Administrator

We are excited to welcome a skilled Fleet Administrator to oversee essential operations within our Fleet department. This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance across our expansive vehicle fleet.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Manage the issuance, updates, and cancellations of fuel cards, maintaining accurate records in the fuel card register.
2. Produce detailed reports on fuel usage, highlighting high and premium fuel consumption.
3. Oversee vehicle documentation, including maintenance scheduling, defect reporting, and record-keeping for Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs).
4. Regularly update driver information, including tachographs and logbooks.
5. Maintain and update fleet registers using Excel and bespoke internal systems.
6. Analyse fleet-related data, making updates to internal systems and coordinating with the Fleet Management company as necessary.
7. Process Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs), managing related payments and recharges.
8. Issue purchase orders to external suppliers and coordinate the logistics of vehicle delivery and collection.
