What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead and develop the English department, inspiring both staff and students
✨ Plan and deliver engaging lessons suited to students' individual needs
✨ Support students in expressing themselves and building their literacy skills
✨ Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
✨ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in English education
Proven leadership skills and previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive teaching strategies
Excellent communication, behaviour management, and team leadership skills
Passionate about making a difference in students’ lives
